Questions about this service

Can I use this address as my official residence?

No. It is a postal address for receiving mail. It is not a registered residence (zameldowanie), it cannot be used where proof of your place of residence is required, and it does not change your tax residence.

Who can receive mail at my address?

The account holder, plus additional named recipients depending on your plan (up to 5 on Premium). Mail for unregistered names is returned to the sender.

Can you receive registered letters (listy polecone)?

Yes. With a postal power of attorney (pełnomocnictwo pocztowe), which we set up with you during onboarding, our staff accept registered letters on your behalf, log them and scan them the same day.
